Items purchased from https://www.achilleseg.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Items must be new, un-used, un-washed, and in original packaging and Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless an error occurred on our part while shipping your order. Refunds for returned items will be issued in the original form of payment.

3. Select the item you want to exchange
4. Select the new item
5. Submit the request

Receiving Items1- You can only receive the retail package unopened and sealed, you may not open the retail package before receiving it from the courier for any reason.2- If the item you have received is defective, not fit for purpose or not as described on the website, you may return it within 30 days from receiving it and will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.
Damaged Items If there is a damaged item in your order a Return Authorization (RA) label will be issued. You must report this and any other return within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise to get a replacement item Any return that comes back to our warehouse that was not authorized (EX: if there is no RA label or RA number) and/or if it is not in its originally packing will result in an additional 10% fee.
EXCHANGES To exchange your product(s), email us at Info@achilles-eg.com to get a Returns & Exchanges Form You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary Conditions?
- We accept return and replacement through our Stores located across the country.2) We accept return of item only if it is in an unopened, packaging intact with all labels and bar-codes on it, however if you lost the original packaging, please check our customer service for more information.
